Setting up your prompts
Prompts are the questions Vosapio asks the AI models on your behalf. They're the foundation of everything you measure.
What a prompt is
A prompt is a real question one of your customers might ask an AI model — for example, "What's the best CRM for a small sales team?"
Vosapio sends each of your prompts to the AI models on a regular schedule, reads the answers, and turns them into your Visibility, Sentiment, Position, and Share of Voice scores.
For the most useful results, choose prompts that match how your customers really ask their questions — not only prompts that mention your brand by name.
How to create a prompt
Adding a prompt takes just a few clicks:
- On the Prompts page, click Add prompt.
- In the pop-up that opens, fill in the details — the question you want to track, the topic it belongs to, and any tags you'd like to apply.
- Click OK. Your new prompt appears under the topic you selected.
From there, Vosapio takes over. The prompt runs automatically on every AI model that is active for your project — you can see which models are active in Settings, and turn them on or off from your Project settings.
You don't have to track a prompt forever. Any prompt you no longer need can be archived, so your active list stays focused on what matters right now.
Organizing prompts
Prompts are grouped into topics and labelled with tags so you can slice your results by theme, funnel stage, product line, or anything else that matters to you. See Tags & Topics for how to structure them.
Location and volume
Each prompt can be assigned a market (the location its intent is written for) and shows an estimated volume — a relative 1–5 indication of how much interest the prompt's intent represents.
Volume is a generated estimate of relative search interest, not measured search data. And while a prompt can be written for a specific market, answers are currently scraped from the server's own location rather than from that market.
